1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing weesp.ai, joining our waitlist, or using the Weesp service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

Weesp is provided by Weesp ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These terms apply to all users, including those with early access to the beta product.

2. Beta Product Disclaimer

Weesp is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are actively developing and improving Weesp, which means:

• Features may change or be removed without notice

• The Service may experience interruptions, bugs, or errors

• Data loss or unexpected behavior may occur

• We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or reliability

By using Weesp, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Your use of the Service during beta is at your own risk.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Weesp. By using our Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3.2 Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3.3 Permitted Use

You agree to use Weesp only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of Weesp.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Hacking, unauthorized access, or attempts to compromise our systems

• Using the Service for illegal activities

• Distributing malware or harmful code

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models

• Using the Service to harm, harass, or abuse others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we discover prohibited use.

4. Data & Integrations

4.1 Data You Provide

When you use Weesp, you authorize us to access and process:

• Your email communications (related to tasks)

• Your Slack messages (related to tasks)

• Your Google Tasks data

• Any task-related information from connected services

4.2 Data Storage

We store the following information in a vector database to provide the Service:

• Task data from Google Tasks

• Email communications related to tasks

• Slack messages related to tasks

• Metadata necessary to operate and improve Weesp

4.3 Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain ownership of all your original tasks, emails, and messages. We do not claim ownership of your data.

• Anonymized Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your use of Weesp to improve our AI models and Service. This data cannot identify you.

• Our IP: Any algorithms, insights, or coordination logic generated by Weesp are our intellectual property.

4.4 Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@weesp.ai. We will remove your data within 30 days, except where we're required by law to retain it.

5. Third-Party Services

Weesp integrates with third-party services including Google, Slack, and email providers. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service outages or interruptions

• Changes made by third-party services to their platforms, APIs, or terms

• Data loss due to third-party service issues

• Unauthorized access to your third-party accounts

You are responsible for managing your own credentials and permissions with third-party services. By connecting your accounts to Weesp, you authorize us to access these services on your behalf.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 No Warranty

Weesp is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• The Service will meet your specific requirements

• All defects will be corrected

• The Service is free from viruses or harmful components

6.2 Disclaimer of Damages

We are not responsible for:

• Accidental or unintended deletion of your data or tasks

• Loss of productivity or revenue

• Damage to your workflows or processes

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Any damages arising from third-party services

6.3 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In cases of breach, our liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid.

7. No Uptime Guarantee

Weesp makes no guarantee regarding uptime or availability. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Weesp (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Weesp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to Weesp immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms

• Engage in prohibited activities

• Use the Service in a way that harms Weesp or other users

Upon termination, your right to use Weesp ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as outlined in Section 4.4.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Weesp shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration applicable in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Both parties agree to:

• Attempt informal resolution before arbitration

• Submit to arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel

• Be bound by the arbitrator's decision

11.3 No Litigation

By using Weesp, you agree not to pursue litigation in any court of law. All disputes must be resolved through arbitration.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weesp, its founders, and its team from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any applicable law

• Your breach of third-party rights

• Your connection of third-party accounts to Weesp

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or severed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force.
